New trainers ie those who haven't participated in Season 4 or 3 will need to contact Mike or I in about 5 or 6 weeks time to get set up in TOM. BTW TOM is the administration system used to manage your horses including race entries. In the meantime, I encourage prospective new trainers to introduce themselves to the community and ask questions in this thread.

It would be great if you tell us a little about yourself and how long you've been playing the game and any monsters you should think we should be looking out for. Also, keep an eye on the Donate and Draft programme which may be useful to give you some benchmarks for your stable.

Posts: 72 (06/15/06 9:34 PM) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts Report Post	Trainer: Mike Allen Stable: Whitecliffs Racing Location: Essex, England History: I have played this game from its very ealry days and for a time actually worked in an office next to ESP in Southend where Stablemasters was one of the games from the company I bought. I think I have bought nearly every update since then with Stablemasters II being the only version that slightly disappointed going from the 4 player to 1 player only. I am a big SO 2 fan and have a couple of good games going with some ok breeding results. I seem to do better than average in the 8f-12f range with 1m 4f being my main stomping ground. I love how with a excellent breeding result you can turn two of your successful horses into a new racing sensation via their offspring. I did this in my first long season game which I still have running when I bred a mare Whitgift Rock 7-0-0 over 10f with Aluette 8-0-1 over 12f. The result was a colt I name Aluette Rock (not much on imagination am I). I raced their offspring till his 8yr and he won 18-0-1 and he won them in a style I really like where he would get to the front and when challenged always found more running. He tops my Hall of Fame and my only regret is as I had no plans to run in the SOPL I never exported him. Still I may have some slightly lesser versions of his offspring to put forward and I started a new game with the express purpose of breeding some triers for the league. I am expecting my first season in the league to be a tough learning curve and I hope I might pull out a few winners in the lesser races to make people notice me SA.

I am not sure of his stable name yet but I thought I would introduce him as he may wish to participate in the draft program.
