Good stuff
slight issue is that the dropdown list next to the colours now doesnt reflect these new colours
given the original list of 10 colours is too low is would be nice to add your colours to the original pack so that we would have 20 sets of jockeys silks

Not with you on the number of shirts all I have done is the two folders that are in the game in the jockeys folder which contains two folders called 0 and 1 which contain more folders each containing the different movements of the jocks.
Do you mean the little colour icons that appear at the bottom when the horses are running and appear on the betting screen if so thay are in the bmp folder on the first post

With you know about the drop down list they are related to the ones in the bmp file which drops into the tables folder within the game.
Say yes to overwrite and the drop down list should reflect the new colours.
As to the jocks new colours I do not think the game can allow for more shirts because they are attached to the the jocks and not seperate as they were in SO2.

Hi Moscowflyer I see what you mean now I must admit I did not spot that but I have had look in the game but I can not see where they are generated from in the game to change them if it is possible to change the words.

they appear when choosing your colours and by the trainers names but they don't appear on the jockeys in the races how do you get them to do this

well done flumpet i think you have done the jockeys colours fantasically well but i just dont like the colours of the colours i have got to say sorry
but well done their isnt many people that would do what you have done
thanks anyway

flumpet wrote:
Thats fine Ryan you never know until you try them, but they are taken fron the Sporting Life Race cards and are real colours.

I am not sure without seeing how you are installing them but if they appear in the game they should be on the jocks.
Try again and drop the folder or folders 0 and 1 into the graphics folder and then race folder and they should overwrite but backup your originals.

Excellent colours there mate. I've been using the Kandidate colours Smile

Any chance of getting the Godolphin blue colours, or ballydoyle colours?

How easy are they to do yourself? I know my way around photoshop but when doing them before the game used to crash as I'd gone slightly over the original template.

can u do the istabraq colours for me flumpet if not i will do them myself and your fence graphics are brilliant but if you made the brush ones brown they would look the business you have total destroyed mine mate very very welldone

The jock colours are very time consuming unlike SO2 where the shirts were seperate and fitted over the jocks in the game these are all on the jocks as one.
For each jock because they have many more movements in SO3 there are 10 folders for each with 10 pictures in so you can see they took me over a month working on my laptop every night.
But I will have a look at the requested ones and who knows might have a go(watch this space)

I know Godolphin colour is blue but can you let me know the other colours and I will see what I can do.
The Istabraq colours I had a go at and they did not look right, it is difficult on such small jocks to get straight lines on the shirts.
