Is there any way Newbies can be granted special dispensation to retire more horses. This will make the league more competitive and we had no way to gage our horses strength before the start of the season. I suppose I shouldn't have uploaded 25 at the start but I wanted runners in all the races

In addition, the maximum stable limit has been increased to 30. I'm not sure if retired horses are allowed yet so haven't changed this particular flag. Can someone please confirm that uploads work correctly or not - there's some additional code in use this season and I want to make sure there's no issue with that either. Cheers DD
