ok..the original max drive in jump/flash form is discontinued but there is another way to get game saves to jump drive.

I used CodeBreaker to set up a standard 4 gb jump drive (flash drive/USB stick/etc) then used AR Max (bought for US$20 at Best Buy and came with 8 MB save card for PS2) to copy the game file from original save to jump. Once the stick was configured I no longer needed CB to transfer saves, I can use AR by itself. Downloading to jump then importing from jump to AR via console is how you update AR so it stands to reason that the reverse would work for game saves and it does seem to.

The only thing I'm not clear on is how to get it from the jump to another person via Internet withough getting gobbled data in transit.
