Really? That's interesting...I whip my horses a good deal, but with the pedigree behind my current line of originals, they've got a Health rating that's nearing S-rank so they can usually handle the extra workload. I'm about to retire an original named True Love and one of the most memorable moments of her racing career, besides setting close to fifteen records (no joke! :eek ), was winning the Rigel S by 28 lengths with her poor flank being thrashed the whole way down, no Revolution included. I swear she loved it. She thrives under the whip, actually, though I try not to use it so much that the whip meter gets under 25%. There have been a few races I've won without using the whip, but it's just my racing style to work them hard until the finish, even when they're so far in front that they've got no hope of losing. That's another style to try, though...so hmm!
