If you can score above 90 each month, then you'll see at least a 4 point jump if you train in a specific area; 6 or 7 sometimes for speed and guts. Then you must correctly set your regimen to train for the specific area. You can regimen other areas even if you didn't train for them and get the +2's that you get for not training them specifically. I recommend setting your regimen first to areas that decline after peak like stamina and speed, and then regimen the areas that don't decline, like guts and temper, after peak.
