I have been playing this game for a while now, about 9 seasons in.
I was wondering whether anyone had come across Inconsistent horses.
I managed to buy a horse that had won a group 2 race, so to see how good it really was, I put it in a handicap race, thinking it had a good chance of winning it.
It was a good start, even the bookies said my horse was favourite.
My horse came last, the ground was good and it had won the grade 2 at the same distance.
The comment from the jockey was the other horse were just too good.
I understand horses fade and other get better, but by that much?
Now I can't even win a race with this horse.
Has anyone else come across this, or know of anything I might be doing wrong?
