Hopeful he can complete the Middle Park - Dewhurst double next week. Had a slew of near misses this week, none more gut wrenching that Riselka X being pipped on the line. Was resigned to having DU draw level with me on wins when watching the Prix Royal Oak and then from somewhere Full Moon gave me my first Group win at 2m! I'm still smiling over that one. Still looks like going down to the wire for the title - I need a big week 15 as DU should have the edge with a lot of dirt races in week 16... Nice to see a big spread of winners including some newer trainers. Congrats to all1 Padraig

Gormenghast, Cities In Dust and Heaven Sent look likely winners and Blue Mondeo, Cant Touch This, your stayer in race 16, Almond Geezer and Valkyrie have very big each way chances. Hopefully a few others can chime in and cause a few upsets. I will probably be lucky to win 1 or 2 races in week 15.

Posts: 218 (05/10/08 1:04 AM) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts Report Post	Decent week for myself with my first non restricted 2yo winner, Hard worker ran a cracker in the Cadran and might have got closer with a run under its belt and not leading from half way but how good is Juice it Up! decent mark for Gulfstream now though so will look at that. Stable of the week has to be Sovereign lodge though with 3 winners - well done Dodgy(despite pipping me in the restricted race) nice to see you grab a few winners after all your work on TOM. Well done all winners and championship looks like its going to the wire!

I was beginning to get embarrassed after bigging it up on the forums. It is by far my favourite horse, although sadly not my best anymore, and was the reason i first joined the league, thinking it could win a few races. Great feeling when i seen it burst through in the final half furlong, and in a half decent race too the cambridgeshire. 3 winners now albeit 2 in restricted company but it is definately giving me the appetite for starting on level terms in SO3, cant wait now. And Congrats to carl on his first win, I know dark ambition isnt the horse you would have picked for your winner but i'm sure And Sleep will pick one up before the end.
