Brilliant stuff with the St Leger ESA. Its a good race to win. Have a record of one win, three seconds and two thirds from six attempts now. Thought my one was
the run of the race. Was out 8 to 10 wide the whole journey and still managed to run third. A nicer draw and who knows.

Yes well done ESA. My good thing ran a total stinker after being restrained from first to last in the first few furlongs. And well done on Weekend Hussler DU.
Got revenge for last time. Looking good for the Arc I'd say unless Tungsten Berry can reproduce that form on Good ground..

Yeah, yours copped a real stinker in the St Leger. If anything it looked like it ran green but cant anything away from the winner. The time was brilliant and
almost as fast as The Grinchs track record. Weekend Hussler did what he should of at York. He was wound up way too late there. You probably thought how far
when Blue Mondeo headed him a furlong out but he is class and a big heart. Became the first horse to win groups ones at 10f and 12f since season 4. As for
Cities In Dust, damn I thought I had him. Would have been a nice one to win. Flemington next with firmish ground likely again.

Yes I though you had him too. But as you say, I though Blue Mondeo was going on to win also. So honours even in those two major battles. You could be right
about Musical Nemesis running green also. Figured it was a risk to run but she murdered all my other leger runners in trials. Might save her for a staying
handicap now that she has got only a 70 rating so there is a silver lining. Was most happy with Heaven Sent in the 2yo Leopardstown maiden race though -
especially as Her Name Is Rio is better..
Good luck with Hussler in the Arc. Should be a cracker as mine goes well at Longchamp and Tungsten Berry looks a bit good to say the least... |

Not too worried about firm track specialists in the Arc. The one that does concern me is Observation Post. He is the main danger. Weekend Hussler can get
within a second and a half of the track record on a good track and when horses hit the front at Longchamp they are very hard to head. Seas 3 lost Seas 4 won
Seas 5 lost Seas 6 won Seas 7 lost...I hope the pattern of me saluting in even years continues
