As for region locking, if it works like DVD (which i assume it does) then it only matters if the game software itself is not region locked, not the console. Isn't this game region free? Again, I could be wrong on this as I am not familiar with PS3 stuff since I have never been interested much in yet. I am voting yes in the poll, but please note that I would pay only if this was done for PC or PS3 (which I don't even own yet), but I would not bother if it was for PS2 as I have no intention of modding my machine. I prefer playing games on consoles, but I'd be willing to support PC game as well if we knew it would work on a US computer. I'm holding the PSP manual in my hands right now and I would love to have this baby translated for me. Translating the game would be extremely difficult anyway and translating the manuals seems to be more of what these ladies do anyway. I would think having the manual translated would have to help somewhat in the playing of the game.....
