Fantastic, imagine Cheltenham week in the league!

It will certainly add another level of sophistication to the league - can't wait given the record of NZ horses over fences in the UK ... all the way back to Moifaa. Moifaa won the 04 Grand National (that's 1904

) ... I remember it well.

It will be touch and go whether we can use SORPO 3 for SOPL IX - not my call but we'd want a few months of testing and game time before we would be ready for league play.

I was meaning to mention this. I would plan at least two months after the release of the game before starting league races. Probably 3 months to be safe. A lot has changed, even the flat races depend on a lot of new code and the construction kit tends not to get tested as much as the main game during development. Still, this should not cause a problem as I guess it takes a while to get stables together and breeding going anyway.

There would be no problem maybe running a few demonstration races once the game is out though. And it would help highlight any issues.
