It will certainly add another level of sophistication to the league - can't wait given the record of NZ horses over fences in the UK ... all the way back
to Moifaa. Moifaa won the 04 Grand National (that's 1904

It will be touch and go whether we can use SORPO 3 for SOPL IX - not my call but we'd want a few months of testing and game time before we would be ready for league play. I was meaning to mention this. I would plan at least two months after the release of the game before starting league races. Probably 3 months to be safe. A lot has changed, even the flat races depend on a lot of new code and the construction kit tends not to get tested as much as the main game during development. Still, this should not cause a problem as I guess it takes a while to get stables together and breeding going anyway. There would be no problem maybe running a few demonstration races once the game is out though. And it would help highlight any issues. Cheers, Mark |
