I am thinking then that there might be a delay in the movie downloading enough of its file before it can display it and begin running it. Why don't you try just leaving it there for a little bit and see if it doesn't just show up. That might be another reason as to why I should convert the movies into Flash files. They are much smaller files. Do Youtube movies run for you immediately? Try some of the movies in the General Discussion forum in the Video of the Day thread and let me know what happens.
