Those of you who are going to lease out horses for this season need to send them to your customers in fairly short order. The stable owner who is leasing them
needs to list them and send them to me the same as any other owner. For all intents and purposes, these horses will be treated as if they are owned by the
leasing stable owner. Any lease agreement is a private arrangement between two stables. The database is not set up to track this kind of transaction.
Financial payouts CAN be handled throughout the season on a weekly basis by entering the transaction into the appropriate thread. If you folks can pull this off, I will create a separate thread for those financial transfers.
Example : "Transfer $32,500 from Weneedahorse Stables to Rent-A-Nag Stables."
