I love real horse racing and playing Gallop Racer, I used to play Gallop Racer 2004 and loved the game and now I just bought GR 2006 and i can see their are many differences in the game sense GR2004 ..... its harder! hehehe!!! So I hope i can get some help with this game from you all and join in your conversations about this super game. Thanks Jennifer

Things are a bit quiet at the moment as most are gearing up for the start of our leagues new season. Once the season starts things will pick up. If you still have your original horses from GR 2004 you might want to stop by that forum as they are about to kick off a new season as well. Also, don't forget to set up your players stable and tell us about your horses. Good Luck! Geauxfer.

Thanks Geauxfer I'll check it out but I'm afraid I already erased all my GR2004 games when I set up for GR2006 game... oh well I didn't know people were still playing the 2004 game even thou I loved that game. I called my jockey Penny in the 2004 game and thats the name I'm using for my 2006 game.... hope it will bring me luck!hehe!! I'm going to have to get pretty good before I embarrass myself and set up a stable for all to see hehe!! but when I do you'll be the first to know. See ya now.... be cool! Jennifer

I'm new too, I wish I knew about this board two years ago, rather than spend a good week trying to find out who is who in the pedigree charts Anyways its been two years and I'm still playing this game, up to 75 my horses, but blah only 40 titles and damn I can't pass the second stage fo the Dream Series. Anyone have a list of all the unlockable Studs and Broodmares from the Dream Cup and Dream Series. I just unlocked Deep Impact (winner Way) and Kurofune (Deputy Minisister) and their kids are sweet, got three Hall of Famers out of them. But ya didn't like this game at first but the breeding is intense (i guess only real life horse fans appreciate what GR2006 has done), I'm a big Storm Cat and A.P. Indy fan so I use Tabasco Cat as a stud a lot and Night Secret as a broodmare (I don't know who her real life horse is) but usually i try and get the closest I can to creating real life horses, I'm trying to find a good mix to create Rags to Riches, So some way I have to combine Night Secret, Deputy Minister, and Rainbow Tack anyways glad to seee I'm not the only one who plays this game, sorry this email is spastic, work is nuts cheers, Derby SOON!!!!

And I was beginning to think I was the only NA person playing this game. :P I love it, been playing it for a year. I've made some good horses and right now I'm starting a second stable so I can put in some 'new blood' as it were.
