Betting works great from what I have tried put a couple of bets on Caulfield cup and worked perfectly - will TOM now set the odds or will this be left to the bookies? No probs with these screens as far as I can see and also the navigation within TOM seems dramatically improved by the changes you made - anything else that you need checking out? Chris

They will download a file with all the runners, key the odds and upload it back in. Shouldn't take more than 45 mins for one guy to do a 22 race card but as the finance side of thing will be almost entirely automated probably can have two bookies so between them they can rattle off the whole card in under 30 mins. Once set odds will change based on a factor plus what is bet. If a horse is plunged its odds will go down and others rise. Bookie only need to set the odds once. After that everything is automatic so they do not need to visit constantly like they do now. Hopefully will be able to do something with multiples. Might limit this to doubles, trebles and yankees.
