Hey everybody!

I am going to start performing an impost study as it pertains to the sex of the horse. As things currently stand, all horses regardless of age or sex run with
the same weight, usually 125.

I'm going to run test races with identical horses, except for the sex, and see if the ladies are being treated unfairly. I am going to run a series of
races with all the horses carrying 125 lbs. If there is a disparity, I will start adjusting the ladies weights down until they run...

Ive always believed that this game does handicap the fillies. Thats why after season 1 I asked someone to research the races that are not handicapped for the
weights and was willing to set up a weight system. Sadly no one took me up on the offer.
The game in some races gives all horses equal weights. Others do it by age of horse and by sex. Does the game account for this? That was my question at the
time. Its also when I get a race that Im running and all weights are the same no matter...

Bunji,

How many times did you run the race? Did the colt win everytime? Did you try the filly at 125 lbs to see the difference impost made?

I will use the Universal Cup race in my longer distance tests to see whats going on.

I use multiple horses to lessen the draw effect of the track. We may also be seeing the effects of a longer race or a small sample size.

I did a test for myself just for the hell of it.

I created a colt and a filly (identical)
i ran the colt at 125 and the filly at 99
i chose the universal cup race
the colt still won by 6 lengths despite carrying 26 more lbs

completely opposite of your findings
