The following are descriptions of the ratings scales used in Track King. Rather than come back to this page every time you need to check the scale, you can always click on the rating itself - that will bring up a window that shows you where that value sits in the relevant scale.

Hi guys,

I'm putting up my mare Candlelight Gracie for auction, as I really need some cash to stay afloat. I want to keep her, but unfortunately can't. She threw a really good filly not too long ago who is "ordinary" in muscle and heart, and CG herself is "tremendous" over a fast track. Right now the high bid for her is $22k, but as mares are fairly rare on the auction house, I think that's a steal.

I have put Head Ginnen (ORL World Stakes winner) up for auction. The current price tag is $10,000 and that's a steal considering all her five main stats are Miserable. That's 2 positive pops over Dire. She should be good to go for her 3 year old season.

Just search for 2 year old females and you'll find her.

Ok, just found out that you can get a jockey from any country. How about auction horses? Are there added travel costs if you buy from outside the country you're in? And since we're talking locations... Can I move one or two horses to another track for racing? Or do I have to move the whole stable? I want to move to a new track, but have two horses signed up for races that I want to move later.

Well, that will teach about trying to do something in this game without first reading about it! I saw the button Buy a Yearling. I then had to choose which track that I would like see the available yearlings from. One popped up and was terrible so I thought I would check out some more. But what did I read next?
