I started with the base stable, 4 stalls and 4 horses.

I now have 8 stalls, 6 horses, 21 hours of training time, 8 hours of Vet time, 1 administrative assistant and 1 jockey.

The assistant is important because they allow you to rent your empty stables and unused training time.
