Special jockey skills aside, I have noticed that when I check the INFO screen, there is a jockey stat that is labelled "Experience". Is that experience making the game easier to play? If so, will the game become too easy on [NORMAL] difficulty?

The copy will take several hours to complete. Your patience during the outage is much appriciated. The hard drive swap is neccessary to prevent loss of data and it may also clear up a lot of recent problems with the server.
