Should I bother buying SO2 now?

Hello everyone, I've been out of the loop for a while, is SO3 anywhere close to release, or should I just grab SO2?

Help! Viewing/Printing Horse Data & Pedigree Screens for Quick Reference

Hi everyone.

Is there any way in which I can print or save my individual horses' data screens & pedigree screens? I have tried using ALT+PrtScn and can then paste it in a image program, saving it as a .jpeg... But - Starters Orders crashes after I've done one or two of these screens like that.

It is quite a 'schlepp' to restart/reload SO2 everytime just to be able to save/export/print one or two screens.

Is there perhaps an alternative way...

HELP PLEASE! My Saved Game is Gone after V.0.8 upgrade....

Can anyone help me? I have installed the newest version of SO2 (upgraded with the patch supplied on www.startersorders.com) - followed the instructions and now my saved game is gone. I did back it up before I upgraded, and tried to paste it into the 'new' SAVES folder but, alas - it is gone.

I would really appreciate it if anyone can help me get it back, as my breeding shed was just now (after like 49 seasons)...

My game crashed when i tried to play an accumulator bet? Any ideas how to stop this?

I click all my six relevant selections pre-race, select my stake, then press win acc and place my bet. Only then it crashed to desktop, once or twice it just froze.

I downloaded the game only 2 months ago and it came with patch 2.08 already.
Help appropriated.

jockey question - old post gone

i'm sure ive seen a post on here months anmd montsh ago about jockey attributes. somebody was saying that seb sanders was the best jockey on certain types of hjorses (ie hold up?) whereas j spencer was better on other types. can someone helkp me with this as i just pick the jockey with the most seasonal wins??

A VERY USEFUL NEW FEATURE ON THE YUKU BOARD

Click the minus sign in the far right corner of each section of our board on the yuku site and you will notice two things. First the minus turns into a plus and second, all of the forums in the section disappear. You can do that for every section and only leave open those that you wish to go into. It makes for a much cleaner board, right?

Most of you probably didn't notice (I sure didn't) that yesterday was the fifth year of starting this Board (not the ORLWorld as a group as that began on Labor Day 2002). Several of us left the turbulent Tecmo GR2001 forum and started this Board which was then called the Gallop Racer Series. A couple years later it was renamed the Online Racing League World.

Many thought that starting this Board was a bad idea because we would be too far away from the source of the game, being...

US Data Pack CK

I just got back into the game, and have just noticed something weird. I cannot trial my horses on the dirt in the US Data Pack. Whenever I try the CK just gives me random turf.

Did I miss a patch for the US data Pack?

I know this probably belongs in tech support, but I figured I would get a quicker response here.
